To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Once you have received instructions, securely package the product(s). Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Provide details and photos of the damaged or defective item(s) to our customer service team, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
