Thank you for shopping with Glow Gracefully! We take great care in preparing and shipping your handmade skincare products to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because our products are handmade in small batches, some items may require additional preparation time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery  
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing  
• Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing  

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and external factors such as weather or holidays.

Shipping Address  
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Glow Gracefully is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages  
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Glow Gracefully is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.

International Shipping  
At this time, Glow Gracefully does not offer international shipping.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues  
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order resent.
